Apparently, one matcha bar wasn’t enough.

After several weeks of our matcha bar in Stockholm, Oatly wanted to take the concept to Gothenburg for Way Out West, so obviously, we said yes.

This time, we also teamed up with concept store Schultneck to turn the store on Södra Larmgatan into a three day matcha bar filled with fashion, music, culture and, most importantly, a slightly unreasonable amount of matcha.

On the menu: Teas & Black Sugar, Blue Coconut Cloud and the return of our Apple Spice Matcha (last year’s Way Out West favourite), brought back because apparently people still weren’t over it.

The whole thing was hosted by none other than Olivia Halle and Samuel Lejon, who are pretty much the perfect people to have around when you’re trying to make a matcha bar feel like the place to be.

We loved taking the concept we’ve been building in Stockholm to Way Out West.
