INGREDIENTS
1–2 tsp WAO Matcha
1/2 DL warm water (70–80°C, not boiling)
2 DL milk of choice
Optional: Honey, Vanilla, or Sweetener.
YOU WILL also NEED
A matcha bowl
A bambu whisk
1. Matcha + Warm water
Add 1–2 teaspoons matcha into your bowl.
Do a quick whisk in the dry bowl to reduce the clump risk.
(It takes 10 seconds and saves the entire drink)
Pour in 1/2 DL warm water. Not boiling.
Matcha likes it warmth - not hot.
Whisk fast in W or M motions until smooth and lightly frothy.
2. Heat & froth the milk
Warm your milk and froth until creamy.
No frother? Shake it in a jar.

3. Pour & enjoy
Pour slowly.
Watch the swirl.
