INGREDIENTS

1–2 tsp WAO Matcha

1/2 DL warm water (70-80°C, not boiling)

2 DL milk of choice

Optional: Honey, Vanilla, or Sweetener.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED

A matcha bowl

A bambu whisk

1. MATCHA + WARM WATER

Add 1–2 teaspoons matcha into your bowl.

Do a quick whisk in the dry bowl to reduce the clump risk. Pour in 1/2 DL warm water. Not boiling. Matcha likes it warmth - not hot. Whisk fast in M motions until smooth and lightly frothy.

2. HEATH & FROTH THE MILK

Warm your milk and froth until creamy.
No frother? Shake it in a jar.
