A simple iced strawberry base with soft matcha layered on top.
Ingredients
4-5 fresh strawberries
1-2 tsp sugar or honey
1 tsp matcha powder
3/4 dl hot water (~70-80°C)
2 dl milk (any kind)

Instructions
1. Mash
Mash the strawberries with sugar or honey into a simple purée.
2. Build the baseAdd the purée to a glass.
Fill with ice and pour over the milk.
3. Mix the matcha powder with hot water (~70–80°C) until smooth.
