WAO RECEPT BOK
MATCHA LATTE
MATCH SHOT:
1/2 DL 70º water
1 tsp WAO Matcha
Scoop one teaspoon of WAO Matcha into a bowl. Stir quickly with your matcha whisk. Add your hot water and activate by stirring with the matcha whisk. When the matcha shot has foam on top and isn't clumpy you know it's ready!
MATCH LATTE:
1 WAO Match shot
2 DL milk of your choice
Add milk to your matcha shot to create a matcha latte. Froth and heat the milk for hot matcha latte or add ice and cold milk for an iced matcha.
PEPPERMINT TEA
PEPPER MINT MATCHA LATTE
1 WAO Match shot
1 DL warm water
1 Peppermint tea bag
1 DL foamed oat milk
Add extra hot water to your matcha shot and stir.
Add the peppermint tea and let steep for 3 minutes.
Then add skimmed oat milk and enjoy a cozy peppermint matcha!
STRAWBERRYS
STRAWBERRIES DIPPED IN MATCHA:
2 tsp WAO Matcha
200 grams of white chocolate
10 - 15 strawberries
Melt the white chocolate and mix in the WAO Matcha. Then dip the strawberries and then leave to cool in the fridge for 15 minutes.
COOKIES
DRAGON'S DEN MATCHA COOKIES:
Estimated at about 12 cookies
3 dl almond flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground vanilla/vanilla powder
1-2 tbsp agave syrup/honey/Stevia
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
1 egg
Add 100 g of white chocolate for extra sweetness!
Step:
1. Set the oven to 175°C.
2. Mix all dry ingredients separately and chop the chocolate into smaller pieces.
3. Melt the coconut oil and mix in the agave syrup, almond milk and eggs in a separate bowl. Then gradually mix this in with the dry ingredients. Stir to a smooth batter.
4. Portion the dough onto a plate and lightly flatten the cookies.
5. Top with a little extra chocolate if desired, then put in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Enjoy your sugar-free WAO Matcha cookies with white chocolate!
MATCHA MARTINI
IN THE SHAKER:
5 cl of milk
2 cl liqueur 43
2 cl of vodka
1 cl sugar syrup
0.5 tsp WAO Matcha (per drink)
Shake everything with ice in a shaker
Double strain and serve in a martini glass
Fine strain some WAO Matcha on top!
CHIA PUDDING
CHIA PUDDING WITH MATCHA:
In the bowl:
1 DL soy milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp WAO Matcha
1 tsp agave syrup
Stir and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then enjoy with your choice of topping!
