The perfect matcha for mixed drinks such as matcha lattes and smoothies. The base is shade-grown green tea leaves harvested from different periods, giving a mild flavor with low bitterness, making it excellent for both beverages and cooking/baking.

You’ll need:
• 1 tsp WAO Matcha
• 50 ml 70°C water
• 200 ml milk of choice

How to prepare:

1. Add 1 teaspoon of WAO Matcha to a bowl.
   
   
2. Whisk the powder lightly while dry using a bamboo whisk.
   
   
3. Pour in the warm water and whisk in fast “M”-motions until the matcha is completely smooth and forms a light foam. When the shot is airy and lump-free, it’s ready.
   
   
4. Pour the milk into your matcha shot to make a latte. Heat and froth the milk for a warm latte or add ice for an iced matcha.

Keep your matcha cool, dry, and away from sunlight. Always seal your bag and avoid heat and moisture to preserve both flavor and the vibrant green color.
